Role Description

事業の成長を支えられるよう、効率的でスケーラブルな物流の仕組みづくりを主導していただきます。 新しい配送パートナーの開拓やラストマイル配送の新たな仕組みづくりを通じて、Koalaの物流ネットワークと配送力を広げていきます。 部門を横断したプロジェクトをリードしながら、システムやプロセスの改善を通じて、これからのオペレーション体制づくりを支えていただくポジションです。

Key Responsibilities

• 部門をまたぐプロジェクトや施策をリードし、タイムラインの設計や役割分担、進捗フォローを通じて、みんなで決めたゴールの達成を後押しする

• マーケットプレイス、B2B、カスタマーサービス、プランニング、財務、テックなど社内の各チームと連携しながら、物流のオペレーションを事業の成長やお客様のニーズに合わせていく

• 配送パートナーや社外の関係者と信頼関係を築き、既存のネットワークではカバーしきれない大型・重量品なども含めて、ラストマイル配送の幅を広げていく

• 新しい配送の仕組みを一緒につくり、パートナーのオンボーディングやオペレーション設計、サービス要件、コスト、パフォーマンス管理までを担う

• 物流オペレーション全体を見渡し、ボトルネックや非効率、繰り返し起きている課題を見つけて、テックチームと一緒にシステムの改善や自動化を進め、生産性とスケーラビリティを高めていく

• 新商品や新規事業のローンチに必要な物流面の準備を洗い出し、関係者を巻き込みながら、ローンチに向けた準備を進めていく

• 基幹システムを使った入出庫処理や在庫調整など、日々の物流オペレーションにも必要に応じて携わっていただく
  

Ideal background

• 物流、サプライチェーン、オペレーション、EC、小売など、関連する分野での実務経験が2年以上ある方

• 複数の部門や社外パートナーが関わるプロジェクトを調整した経験がある方

• 配送パートナーや3PL、物流会社などの外部ベンダーとの協業経験があれば尚良し

• 課題を見つけるところから原因を掘り下げ、実際の解決策として形にするまで、主体的に動ける分析力・問題解決力

• 社内外を問わず円滑にやり取りできるコミュニケーション力。社内コミュニケーションに支障のない英語力があり、部門や社外パートナーとも柔軟に連携できる方

• 成長意欲があり、変化に柔軟に対応できる方。目の前の課題を解決するだけでなく、この先の事業成長を見据えてオペレーションのあり方を考え、優先順位の変化や予想外の出来事にも前向きに対応できる姿勢
